I live in the U.S.
Federally, the only "fictional" content that is illegal, would be drawings/3D renders that are traced/inspired by actual child porn images.
post #107982 and others of the same character, are "borderline" legal. Because Laura B never actually got naked in her photos, it is not legally considered CP (or a part of a CP set.)
Shadman's drawings of Keemstar's daughter, while distasteful, are also legal.
HOWEVER, what really matters is the laws of the state where you live.
See HERE for an easy indication of the legality in your state. Do note however, that the chart may be outdated.
Where I live, Drawn and 3D content are fully legal (unless it is indistinguishable from a real photo/video), but cub content remains illegal because it falls under the laws against bestiality.
But don't think that just because everything is legal in your state, that they'll let you live peacefully... You might escape a CP charge but you could be charged under obscenity laws...
If you do get arrested, never take the plea deal and always fight it.
"You were caught with 100 loli images, if you take the deal and plead guilty, we'll get you a lessened sentence"
OK
"As you see Your Honor, the defendant has pled guilty of possession of 100 images of child pornography and has accepted the reduced sentence of 10 years"
