Verification email refuses to send

I've tried to verify my email but the expected confirmation email has never arrived in any of my inboxes, it has never shown up in my spam or trash folder, I've never received it. I've tried using 2 different emails and neither have worked, does anybody know what might be happening? And can an admin maybe have this done another way or offer a workaround solution?

no work around. that feature has been broken for years even before i was here. your account will work with out it
