decensor_request -> uncensor_request

there is much work to do on this page. this alias is pointless
btw: i dont know a single website which uses the tag "uncensor_request".
its always "decensor_request"

Honestly, I've always seen it the other way around. Either way, both tags serve the same purpose, so I think it's best to only keep one and have an alias for the other.

Or delete the least used one.

My useless two cents:
uncensored = something that was not originally censored (by original artist)
decensored = something that is censored but modified to remove censorship (often (but not always) by 3rd party)

uncensor_request would be a tag for requesting original uncensored version of an artwork if it exists
decensor_request would be a tag for requesting someone (original artist or not) to modify artwork to remove censorship

Too late now, though. ;P
