status:deleted searches

Posted under General

https://booru.allthefallen.moe/posts?tags=status%3Adeleted allows us to see stuff which normally won't show up in search results

however... it doesn't let us narrow down by REASONS of deletion

I am proposing as an idea that we take status:duplicate to things deleted for that reason.

Then, if we want to see stuff deleted for other reasons we can search status:deleted -status:duplicate

Other ideas might be status:lq (low quality) and status:rejected

Rejected is the hypernym of the previous two: a mod rejected it voluntarily.

The opposite of that would be something like status:expired or status:overlooked to indicate images which were auto-deleted due to 2 days going by and a mod not approving it, but which was not explicitly looked at or rejected by a mod.

Can we automate this in any way?

Like I said before somewhere else, our technical staff probably doesn't really have time or maybe even knowledge to know how to impliment these features. We try to fix broken stuff, and update the booru, and change certain stuff that's easy to play around with, but that's it. I don't have any technical know-how myself. However, it's, of course, fine to ask for these things. It might happen at some point, I don't know, but probably not soon.

Updated

It seems danbooru added a way to actually look for reasons why something was denied (I didn't know about this, but noticed it today). The following tags can be used:

disapproved:poor_quality
disapproved:disinterest
disapproved:breaks_rules

You can look for uploads lacking all three of these by using "-disapproved:poor_quality -disapproved:disinterest -disapproved:breaks_rules". This in combination with status:deleted or status:pending should give you a list of the deleted, "overlooked" uploads, or uploads that haven't been checked in pending yet respectively. That is, however, in theory.

Using these tags only seems to generate enough results for 5 pages (they deliberately limited it, for some reason). Also, it seems that old deleted uploads don't seem to keep their reason of rejection. Close, but no cigar.
