The rules, upload conditions and other stuff have been updated. They can be found here and here

Most important changes include:

  • All AI generated content posted must have the "AI_generated" tag.
  • No realistic 3D content is allowed that is modeled to look like real humans (specifically the face), but 3D content in artistic styles such as a anime or western cartoon style is fine.
  • Young teen content is allowed.
  • small up to 5 page (give or take) comics are allowed. Long comics are not allowed.
  • Rules about tagging have been updated.
  • RP user are to use the RP topic in this forum do not use the comment section. any RP requests in the comment section will be deleted and may result in a temp ban.

NO Real photos of kids!

We have found a few drawing with photos attached to it that had a real person as a reference to the drawing and real photos of kids in an innocent fashion on here. These are immediately expunged by the staff when found.
Please dont post any real photos of kids on this site! If you find these please flag them!

The flag feature is to be used for:

1. Real pictures of ch!ldren or CP (Ch!ld P0rn)
2. Confirmed or suspected traced content.
3. Duplicate or inferior posts.
4. DMCA take down requests. Only the artist can flag for this reason. Third party requests will be ignored.
5. Very poor quality posts.
6. Too old content.
The flagging feature is for these uses only. Please do not abuse it!

  • Comments that refer to anything being done to real children, or explaining fantasies involving real children, is not allowed, and will be removed. this will be enforced with temporary bans if we notice repeated behavior. This is to avoid comments with a rather "creepy" vibe, but mostly to follow along with the rules of the forum this image board is affiliated with, All The Fallen.

Examples of what shouldn't be posted here.

"if only I could visit my local beach and have this kinda fun."
"I like the girlfriends my little sister invites to sleepover."
"My god I need baby pussy right now"
"Babies are excellent fleshlights and the sooner they learn the better."

Some of these may be in context with the image it was posted on, but if we have to guess which one it is, the comment probably shouldn't have been posted in the first place.

Underage users

If the staff for any reason thinks you are underage you will be banned permanently. We dont hate you. but this site is for 18+ adults only! Legally minors are not allowed here. If you are in a situation in your life that you are being molested by an adult please call your local authorities or child protection services in your area!

You should really post examples of what is O.K. and what is not in the rules themselves to clarify, with censorship if needed if someone is trying to 'nail' the website.

Except that is the same tool that is used by BigGreen to make his Eru SFM stuff. So this again: Is still a grey area. We need examples of what is forbidden and what is not.

Or is just putting a pair of cat-ears on like... a model of Clementine from The Walking Dead enough to adhere to the rules? It is still very confusing here as someone who is not an artist but posts very occasionally images from other websites.

Browing the booru for 3D content should give you a good idea. I'll admit it's not that easy to know where to draw the line. We have to abide the laws which is why this limitation exists in the first place. There used to be examples in the rules, but I just didn't really think about adding them this time. I suppose I could give it a shot.

3D Art of Clementine that I've seen this far is also too realistic.
The image you linked would also be against the rules.

As for those who know how this particular rule works by now, I have to ask to flag any uploads you think is questionable or you think shouldn't belong on this board. Rules have changed in the past, and the initial uploads when the booru was made also included some 3D content that'd be against the rules today.

look at my edits from "dop" and learn. i made two small mistakes while editing these images, but only people who know the difference, can see these mistakes.
i don´t know, if my two edits stay for long, but at least you can clearly see what you did wrong...

and for the next time: when editing in a penis, choose one image from the same artist..

it´s extremly easy. all you have to do is to understand how your editing tool works (i´m using paintshop since version 5 :D)...
and the other thing is: all you have to do is to learn from other artists. sources are everywhere...

just copy&adapt not copy&paste.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but that edit really isn't great. Even the aspect ratio got screwed in one of them.

As for appeals, it seems that no one has looked at those in a while (and I'll bring it up). For now I've gone through every appeal and approved some of them for now.

Very few staff members stay unfortunately (and we cannot force them to, of course). Occasionally we search for new ones, and I was actually thinking about doing that somewhat soon.

They have all been checked, there simply is no "reject" appeal button as far as I'm aware. If they weren't undeleted after a while then you can safely assume it was rejected.

Are all uploads considered arbitrary by staff members to decide whether they are allowed or not? I’ve uploaded lots of 2d pictures that have been deleted for no explained reason.

Because most of the stuff you upload is in between "this isn't good enough", and "this is just barely good enough". Not every moderator has the exact same standards to approve something when it comes to quality of the art, and by that I mean whether the artist is skilled or if they're just very amateuristic looking drawings. For example, (in your case, sometimes), taking a screenshot from a movie and editing it is pretty low effort stuff, but not only that, the edits look a lot different from the original artstyle in the movie, have different quality, different line-thickness, etc. Tracing art from a movie is also low-effort. I'm usually a bit more forgiving with this stuff, but other moderators may not be (and I'm not always around), and it is up to their discretion.

You could call it arbitrary, if you want, but we either draw a line, or we just approve every doodle, every poor edit, anything, and turn this image board into a pile of garbage.

like does it need a certain amount of lewdity (sex) or can non-sexual cute loli qualify?

I mostly use this as rule 34 repository but sometimes the most lewd thing you have of a char is just suggestive and not porn

people that come here generally look up smut but ive seen safe images that have no parent post posted here. personally i dont see an issue with an occasional safe image. but im not sure the staff or community wants it looking like deviantart lol. This site was made for loli shota and toddlercon and there are tons of site that do safe image hosting.

I thought there was something wrong on my end when I was seeing this. I'm guessing there's some behind the scenes work going on and someone pressed backspace one too many times or some other similar small error.

  • (Young) teen content is now allowed, or more specifically, it is now properly mentioned in the rules. Content like this was already approved in the past. We may be a bit more lenient now.
  • Small or one page comimcs are (officially) now allowed. However, full mangas, doujins or lengthy comics are still not allowed. Those would create a mess, and there are far better websites for those.
  • Rules about tagging have been updated.
  • The ToS page has been properly updated instead of being the same as danbooru's.

Besides that I'd also like to mention:

  • Flagging is no longer limited to one post per day. If you see a post that you think does not belong here, then flag it. Especially when the content is of the 3D kind we don't allow, or if they are real photos, use the flag function.
  • Comments are not the place to give feedback to moderators or the booru in general, ask for changes, appeal deleted uploads, etc. Don't expect to get a reply there. Too many people seem to think moderators will respond when you post a comment somewhere. We check the comments, but if something requires our attention, either make a forum post or flag the upload.

this site isnt run by UK standards. the relistic 3d isnt allowed due to some of them look real in the icon. its done this was due to being a grey area to begin with and that some models are modeled after real people (atleast thats what ive heard)

It seems like there isn't a generic rule against modding screenshots, just modding 3D screenshots which fall outside certain "categories".

The phrasing is a bit vague (where is the "list above" of categories?) because it sounds like they listed exceptions, but in actuality it seems like they listed the thing to find exceptions to, which is a "modeled to look like real humans" (or MTDLRH) definition of "realistic".

If we were to include a list of "exceptions" to "like real humans" my guess it'd be stuff like furries/Hylians/Elves/Dwarves/Orcs/Goblins/Aliens/etc

So you could in theory do 3D lolis from modified game screenshots so long as they were of non-human species, I think? Unless I'm reading it wrong, but that's my general recollection of what I've seen explained in the past.

Regarding MTDLRH applications, I'm guessing that's also in respect to what looks like underage chars. IE it might be fine to draw a realistic-looking adult human male fucking a 3D goblin loli with green skin and pointy ears?

The joke was basically that the first one (that I made) is complete 100% shit, but it's existed prompted BadlyDrawn to make something awesome based on it (which was the entire plan)

So the horrible low-quality shit I made, while lacking no merit as standalone, sort of provides historical context as to what prompted BD's work.

The 3d rule needs to be changed and be made more specific cause there is 3d loli pictures that look so realistic that it unless you give it a second glance one could say it was a real child then there is stuff from 3d cartoony loli stuff from video games like The Sims or from Source Filmmaker which doesn't look realistic at all which should be perfectly acceptable

maybe every time there's a new rules set it could be a new thread (linking back to old threads) and given a new version number?

not exactly sure how many updates there've been but could be cool to put together a timeline and do such numbers

are mods able to view a history of comment edits to see which dates/changes were made?

yeah so if there's no edit history all the more reason not to actually make edits but just do an entirely new post each time, and the old thread can then be unstickied and linked back to?

@AkkiAdachi thats the rules, i didnt make them up. i actually expanded the comic rule a little it used to be 2 or 3 pages. its 5 to 6 pages
